Yes we ship internationally. Shipping is $20 to Canada via USPS Priority International. Shipping is $35 to all other international countries.

What to do if my item is delivered to me damaged?
Carefully remove the item from the external packaging and retain the packaging until you are satisfied with your product. If you note any minor damage to the product (broken or damaged plastic, rubber or padded pieces, missing parts or damage to easily removable parts such as consoles, base tube, pedals or handles) after assembling and testing the item, please review your user’s manual for part numbers and names. After completing a list of needed parts, contact the manufacturer of the item to request these parts under your warranty. Products have warranties covered directly with their manufacturer and CvSports is unable to assist you with this. If the item is severely damaged (bad damage to the steel/aluminum frame) then please contact CvSports to request a Damaged Call Tag. This will require that you package the item in the original box and have the shipper come out to your location to pick up and inspect the product. This request for a Damaged Call Tag can take several weeks to complete if the item shipped from a non-CvSports location. Once the item is received back to the shipping location and inspected either a refund or a reshipment will be offered at CvSports discretion.

Is a signature required at time of delivery?
Yes a signature is required at time of delivery which also means that a contact phone number is required in order for the driver to schedule delivery.

What is your return policy?
All items sold by CvSports are covered under a 30 day return policy. A customer must phone or email CvSports during normal business hours within the first 30 day period (beginning the day the item is delivered) to be granted a Return Authorization Number. This RA number must accompany the package when it is returned. The RA is valid for 10 days and the item must be returned within that period. The package must return in the original box with all attachments and accessories via the same type of carrier (if the item arrived on a pallet with a freight company, it must be returned on a pallet with a freight company). Upon receipt and inspection of the item, a refund will be issued only to the original method of payment, less all applicable initial shipping fees and any fees for broken or missing parts or improper returns. The return freight must be prepaid by the consignee and failure to do so (i.e. returning the item C.O.D. or refusing the delivery of the item) will result in the initial shipping amount CvSports paid on the item (regardless of the shipping cost originally paid by the consignee) and full return shipping and handling fees being deducted from the refund. Always insure the item and make careful note of the tracking number for the returning package. This will aid in any claims should the package be lost or damaged in shipping.

Yes all products are backed by a full manufacturers warranty? Please review your owners manual to see what is covered and how long your warranty is good for as each manufacturer varies.

How do I track my order?
When your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You would simply click that tracking link. If no tracking numbers are available or if the shipping company used does not allow tracking, you will also be emailed this. No updates are available until the tracking email is sent to you.

How can I remit payment with a money order or cashiers check?
A money order or cashiers check can be mailed in as payment. The money order or check must be in the exact amount of the total price of the item (including any applicable shipping costs) in US funds. Money Orders or checks for more than the purchase price or in non-US funds will not be accepted. Checks must be drawn from a US financial institution. The money order must be accompanied by a typed paper outlining all of the following information: customer's name and/or company name, full physical contiguous US shipping address, full daytime phone number, email address and the exact name of the product as stated on the website. The address to send the above information to is Cool Vision Sporting Goods, 8 Holiday Drive, Whitesboro, NY 13492 US. The money order or cashiers check should be made out to Cool Vision Sporting Goods. Please note that money orders, bank checks and credit card checks are held 1-3 business days to verify the payment.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipping and receiving times will vary depending on the product availability and on current warehouse inventory but generally between 1 to 2 weeks from date of purchase.
